When you control the slaves for many, many years using religion,Threat of an outside force,which affects us all globally(Terrorism,Finacial Terrorism,Global warming,Ice age,Global fuel prices,Global Food stocks,Global water etc) ,as an ever larger Government/religion -Its a fantastic way of rallying support,silencing dissenters and pushing forward your hidden agendas.
Think of it as a way of carrying out the shift towards centrallising power using fear as your blank sheet and a problem as your ink for introducing draconian rules and regulations,in effect stealing peoples liberties without the dumb sheep noticing.
Global warming is one such vehicle and a vast majority are buying it...
